You'll get 3 consultations and meetings to complete and finalize your checklist and timeline.
Ceremony & Reception Planning
From when you wake up to the time you say goodbye to your guests, I'll make sure we have it all mapped out.
I'm going to make sure it all comes together from the tablecloths, to centerpieces and everything else.
Day-Of Point of Contact
Vendors, guests, wedding party, literally anyone can talk to me and I'll make sure questions are answered.
You don't want anyone to be in the dark about what's going on and when. I'll make it crystal clear to your vendors!
Calls, text or email me to your heart's content. I'm here for you and I want to stay in touch.
I'll confirm time, date and location with all your vendors to make sure all our ducks are in a row for the big day!
Full Wedding Coordination
I'm with you each step of the way on your big day including the ceremony, grand entrance and reception!
Wedding Gift Coordination
The gifts have to go somewhere, right? Just tell me who or to where and that's exactly what will happen.
The guests will get their wedding favors, sparklers and anything else you want them to have to remember the day.
Venue Setup and Take Down
I'll make sure everything is in the right place and that it all gets packed up at the end. Don't worry!
I'm going to organize and make sure all vendors are paid the day of your wedding.
After each meeting, I'll make sure we are both on the same page with what needs to get done and by whom.
You are going to need a few things in that car you are driving off in. Just know I'll make sure it's all ready to go!
